Belly dance is a fun and exciting form of exercise. In this class you will build grace, strength and flexibility with an emphasis on working the core muscles. Good posture and basic steps will be covered. All fitness levels welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing. Dance shoes or ballet slippers are recommended but not required.
