Give yourself the nourishment you need midday - this class is designed to make you feel good! Appropriate for any fitness level, this class draws on yoga, other contemplative movement traditions, meditation and breathwork. Movement practices will elevate mood, focus the mind and energize and release tension, leaving students feeling easy, light, focused and functioning at 110%. Students will become more aware of their physical, mental, and emotional states and feel their malleability through guided experience. Exercise should be like brushing your teeth - you can feel when you need to do it; in fact, it feels terrible when you don’t do it! In an environment of joyful exploration of the body, students will learn to develop their “inner teacher” - hopefully gaining skills to design their own healing movement practices and treat themselves better. |
