Namaste Healthy: Yoga for the Injured Body is a yoga class for the recovering body. If you have suffered an injury in the past or present and still want to practice yoga, this class is for you. You will learn about the anatomy and physical benefits of each asana. The sequence of the postures is specifically created to benefit and educate the body. It is geared toward all levels of yogi and will be shaped to the enrolled participants' needs. If you have not recently suffered an injury but would still like to learn modifications and sequences that are healthy for your anatomy, feel free to come! |
