Speed School is a class focused on improving overall agility, balance, strength and fitness. The class will incorporate sprinting drills and plyometric exercises as well as lower body and core strengthening. With the use of agility ladders, sprint courses and step-up boxes you will improve your IM sports athleticism. This course is similar to classes that competitive varsity athletes take year-round to improve speed and balance. Come prepared to run, jump, dodge and sprint! |
