In this high-energy step class, participants use a height-adjustable step to perform simple movements (with advanced options for more experienced steppers) which gradually increase in complexity throughout the term. The workout ends with a short block of abdominal exercises followed by a final warm-down and stretching. Steppers of all levels are encouraged to participate. |
