Strength Training for Runners

Is running part of your sport? Soccer, Field Hockey, Lacrosse, Marathons, etc...?

These sessions focus on legs, core and some upper body to help you move smoothly - ALL of the essentials! Plyometrics, weights, mat work and stability ball exercises all come together for endurance and strength balance for better running. Led by a fellow runner himself!
