Total Body Conditioning class is designed similar to that of the UMove boot camp classes. We begin with a 10 minute warmup, followed by a series of cardio-based drills and exercises using your bodyweight. The class then progresses into toning exercises, strenthening all parts of the body, and finishing with abdominal work.
